Talk 2 of 2 given at the 2021 Canberra Mission Minded Conference with Richard Chin. This conference was titled ‘Spiritual Evangelism’. These talks were given over Zoom because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

   • the gospel comes through Paul
   • notice our words matter
   • 2:17 draws our attention to works as well as words 
   • Which opens up the whole topic of work in 3:6-12 
2. The Spirit of Christ (1 Pet 1) 
   • the Spirit of Christ worked in the OT
   • the Spirit speaks through the words of prophets
   • the Spirit of Christ’s message was sufferings and glories of the Christ
   • the OT message was not for Jews but for Christians 
   • the work of evangelism in the NT is the work of the Spirit
