    • he looks up
      • to the Lord our God enthroned in heaven
      • for mercy
    • he is experiencing
      • from the proud – those who have enough
      • contempt and scorn
    • timing
      • patience – for his mercy – waiting
      • impatience – had enough – pleading

    • the LORD on our side
