Is prophecy dead? Where have all the prophets gone?
Amos said he was neither a prophet nor the son of a prophet, and yet he was one of God’s prophets in Israel. Do we have prophets and prophecy today? Should we all prophesy or is it the task of some of us?
The issues around prophecy are many and varied; this King’s Birthday Conference will look particularly at a Biblical view of prophecy today.
Join us at the King’s Birthday Conference 2026 for a stimulating afternoon of Bible teaching, a Q&A session and good fellowship over afternoon tea – all included in your registration for the in-person event at Moore Theological College, Sydney.
Our registration rate will increase on May 25 (10 working days prior to conference) so please register early to ensure a seat in the Marcus Loane Hall; we expect to fill it to capacity, and will have late registrations seated in an overflow room.

For those living outside Sydney who cannot get to Newtown, the Conference will be live-streamed from 1.30pm on the day, and will be available online for the following week. Get together with a group of people, hear the Bible taught, discuss and pray together. Please register for each person watching online as this helps us cover our livestream production costs, or register as a group of 6 or more (and the viewing link will be sent to the group leader who registers).
